  • Gather dirty towels & bathmats to be laundered by host

  • Check for any left behind personal belongings (if found, notify host)

  • Clean mirrors

  • Clean interior windows & window sills

  • Clean & sanitize countertops

  • Faucet & sink cleaned, sanitized & polished

  • Tub & shower cleaned

  • Toilets cleaned & sanitized (including base and behind)

  • Dust vents

  • Dust light fixtures (if reachable)

  • Floors vacuumed/washed

  • Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down & disinfected, bag replaced

  • All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)

  • Put out clean towels & bathmats (if provided)

  • Ensure amenities are restocked/refilled (if provided)

  • Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In All Common Areas

  • Tabletops/desks dusted & wiped clean

  • Furniture, mirrors, & picture frames dusted and cleaned

  • Clean interior windows & window sills

  • All points of contact cleaned & disinfected (light switches, door knobs)

  • Floors vacuumed/cleaned

  • Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In All Bedrooms

  • Remove mattress protector, sheets, pillowcases & blankets and remake beds (if linens are provided)

  • Furniture, mirrors, picture frames & accessories dusted and cleaned

  • Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable)

  • Clean interior windows and window sills

  • All points of contact cleaned (light switches, remotes, door knobs)

  • Drapes cleaned

  • Floors vacuumed/washed

  • Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down & disinfected, bag replaced

  • Check room for any left behind personal belongings (if found, notify host)

  • Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In Living Room

  • Wipe down end tables, coffee tables, shelving, & all furniture

  • Dust appliances, such as electronics

  • Clean interior windows and window sills

  • Drapes cleaned

  • Dust ceiling fans (if reachable)

  • All points of contact cleaned (light switches, remotes, door knobs)

  • Furniture, mirrors, frames, decor, dusted & cleaned

  • Gather any throw blankets that need laundered by host

  • Floors vacuumed/washed

  • Ensure throw pillows are fluffed & throw blankets are neatly folded (if provided by host)

  • Ensure welcome book is neatly in its place

  • Overall room appearance neat and tidy
